These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PopesandPawns.com (the "Site"). The Site is the property of Carl Sarfi and is operated by Bullet Proof Marketing Systems, Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of Alberta, Canada, doing business under the Alberta-registered trade name Ryzenda("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

What this Site is

The Site is an informational website promoting the book Popes and Pawns by Carl Sarfi. It offers book information, author information, a free sample chapter, and a way to contact us. The Site does not sell memberships, subscriptions, or digital products, and no payment is ever collected here.

Content & intellectual property

All text, cover art, excerpts, and other material on the Site are the property of Carl Sarfi or their respective owners and are protected by copyright. The free sample chapter is provided for your personal reading only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publish any portion of it without written permission.

Information you send us

If you send us a message through the contact form, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not send content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that identifies third parties (individuals, ministries, churches, or organizations) in a manner intended to accuse, harm, or defame them. Governing law
