TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PopesandPawns.com and The Believers' Sanctuary (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of Carl Sarfi and is operated by Bullet Proof Marketing Systems, Inc., operating under the tradename Ryzenda(“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Memberships & billing

The Site offers both free and paid memberships. Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis through our merchant processors, Stripe and PayPal. You may cancel your recurring membership at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

Refunds

All payments — including memberships, report packs, and any other purchases on the Site — are final and non-refundable. There is no refund policy.

User-generated content

Testimonies, prayer requests, and any other content you submit to community areas remain yours; however, by submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate that content on the Site as needed to operate the community. You are solely responsible for what you submit and must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that identifies third parties (individuals, ministries, churches, or organizations) in a manner intended to accuse, harm, or defame them.

The Berean Discernment Tool

The Berean discernment tool is an educational aid. Use of the tool and its reports is governed by the Berean Discernment Report Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. That Disclaimer accompanies every report exported from the tool and applies to all use of report output.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Site, attempt to breach security, or interfere with other members.
• Do not use the Site or its output — including Berean reports — for public accusation, campaigns, or proceedings against any person, ministry, church, or organization.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and all content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullet Proof Marketing Systems, Inc., Ryzenda, Carl Sarfi, and our service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
