PopesandPawns.com (“the Site”) is the property of Carl Sarfi, author of the Popes and Pawns book series, and is operated by Bullet Proof Marketing Systems, Inc., operating under the tradename Ryzenda(“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address when you register or sign in.
• Prayer requests and testimonies — content you voluntarily submit to the community areas of the Site.
• Contact form messages — the name, email, and message you send us through the Contact page.

What we do NOT collect or store

• We do not store payment card details or financial information. All payments are processed by our merchant providers (Stripe and PayPal), who handle billing data directly.
• We do not retain IP-address logs.
• We do not use analytics or tracking cookies beyond what is essential for authentication and session security.

Third-party services

To operate the Site we rely on a small set of trusted providers. Your data may be processed by them solely to deliver the services you request:

• Stripe and PayPal — payment processing for memberships and report packs.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Lovable Cloud — hosting and application infrastructure.

How long we keep your data

We retain your account and community data for as long as you remain a member of the Sanctuary community. You may request permanent deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; upon verification we will remove your account and associated content from our active systems.

You may update your account information from your dashboard, or request account deletion by writing to support@ryzenda.com.
