CCPA / CPRA NOTICE

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents whose personal information is collected through PopesandPawns.com (the "Site"). It is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA").

The Site is the property of Carl Sarfi and is operated by Bullet Proof Marketing Systems, Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of Alberta, Canada, doing business under the Alberta-registered trade name Ryzenda ("we," "us," "our"). We qualify as a "business" under CCPA/CPRA to the extent applicable.

Categories of personal information collected

In the last twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers — name and email address submitted through the Contact page.
• User-generated content — the subject and message text you send us.

The Site does not offer accounts, memberships, or purchases, so we collect no financial or commercial information. We do not collect biometric information, precise geolocation, or the sensitive-personal-information categories requiring a separate right to limit under the CPRA. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Sources of personal information

We collect personal information directly from you when you contact us.

Business or commercial purposes

We use personal information to operate the Site, respond to your inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.

Sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by CCPA/CPRA. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is required; you may nevertheless submit such a request through the Contact page and we will confirm our practices.

Disclosures for a business purpose

We disclose personal information only to service providers that process it on our behalf under written contract, including Supabase (database and storage) and Lovable Cloud (hosting). These providers are contractually restricted from using personal information for their own purposes.

Your CCPA / CPRA rights

Subject to verification, California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you.
• Access and receive a copy of specific pieces of personal information.
• Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to statutory exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share).
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect the categories that trigger this right).
• Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

How to submit a request

To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through our Contact page. We will verify your request by confirming the account email and, where appropriate, additional signals sufficient to reasonably authenticate you. We will respond within the timeframes required by CCPA/CPRA (generally within 45 days, extendable once by an additional 45 days on notice to you).

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you and verification of your identity before responding.

Retention

We retain each category of personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to satisfy legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct-marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes.
